Day 1: Arrival to Lima

Arrival to the city of Lima. You will be welcomed at the Airport by your travel consultant. Transportation in a comfortable van to your hotel in Lima.

At your hotel, you will receive a briefing from me and your Travel Consultant to the experience and a Welcome Kit that includes your Travel Itinerary with the complete information you need for your experience in Peru and more information of references and recommendations.

The rest of the day is free to enjoy Lima at your own pace. We recommend walking with your travel consultant to Larcomar, a nice and modern ocean-view touristic mall to the Pacific Ocean.

Day 2: Arrival to Puno

Transportation to Lima’s Airport to take your flight to the city of Puno.

The morning will be free to acclimatize. It is recommended that you relax and rest to become accustomed to the altitude. As part of the acclimatizing process, we recommend to take it easy this day with an introductory walk around the city.

Drinking coca tea at your hotel and restaurants is highly recommended to acclimatize to the altitude, you will feel the difference. 

In the afternoon, you can take an optional tour to the Sillustani Funerary Towers with its monumental scale.

Return to your hotel to relax and rest.

Day 3: Puno and the Lake Titicaca Islands

Transportation to the port to begin the Titicaca Lake Experience which includes amazing visits to the Floating Island of the Uros (made entirely out of totora) and to the colorful and picturesque Taquile Island.

Afternoon boat trip back to Puno city and transportation to your hotel to relax and rest.

Day 4: Return to Lima

Transportation to Puno’s airport to take your flight back to Lima city.
