Daniel Peņa
Customer Service Manager
With only 25 years old, Daniel is our proud Customer Service Manager.
During his 4 years in Cruz Inca, he has developed a keen sense of service and our travelers enjoy from his honesty, advice and friendship.
He became our Customer Service manager thanks to his expertise and great performance in his duty as a travel consultant. He loves planning wonderful vacations for travelers and friends.
He share amazing experiences with our travelers with an ability to understand and encourage every traveler’s dream of Peru.
Elsa Hernandez
Human Resources Manager
Elsa brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her role as director of Human Resources. Working for Cruz Inca since 2008, Elsa makes every effort to offer accurate, common-sense, ethical management, and a great workplace environment here in Cruz Inca.
She is a responsible and friendly woman how loves meeting and relating with new people. She has a passion for social responsibility and it reflects on her work and help she gives to the Cruz Inca Foundation.
We love her enthusiasm and willingness to move forward, because. She is a important part of our team and we are happy to have her on board.
William Davalos
Born in Cuzco in 1968, Williams has been guiding travelers around Peru and specially Cuzco for almost 20 years now, and he still finds that excitement when he was young as he shows travelers about Peru, its heartwarming people and rich cultural heritage.
Williams guides tours all over Peru, but his hometown Cuzco has a special place in his heart. In addition to introducing travelers to world famous historical sites of Cuzco, he does special walking tours to undiscovered neighborhoods and historical areas, bringing travelers on a treasure hunt of unique and unforgettable experiences...
Melisa Fernandez
Guide Leader
Melisa began as a tourist guide in 2000 and has been working at it with great enthusiasm ever since. Born in Cuzco – Peru in 1976, Melisa had always the dream of becoming a guide.
She graduate from Tourism Guide school and became certified as an official tour guide by the Peruvian Ministry of Tourism. During the past 10 years, Mekisa’s guiding activities have led her from one fascinating experience to the next — from working as a translator and guide in Cuzco to hiking the impressive Inca Trail to Machu Picchu...
