I have great respect for you and your team. You take your job very seriously and you have all the good intentions to make the experience for your customers perfect. I would like to express my appreciation for that.

During the planning phase, you offered us a lot of extra options; however, you were never pushy in doing so. That gave me a big sense of comfort and trust in you. The trip was perfectly planned. All the hotel, transportation and tour reservations were seamless.

Our guide, Melissa was excellent. She had a great deal of knowledge, an outstanding attitude, a wonderful personality and an incredible sense of customer service. I have travelled extensively around the world and I can easily say she is by far one of the best guides I have travelled with.

Giving cellular phones to your customers is a great idea. Thank you for doing that. Even though we did not need to use it, having it gave us a peace of mind. I am touched by the level of respect I saw from you and Daniel.

You were always very courteous, willing to listen to us, and act on what you heard. You certainly made us feel like valued guests in your country, and I left Peru with the sense that I made lifelong friends.
